City of Minden Light Department Announces New Hours

Wednesday morning, Minden Mayor Terry Gardner announced a change in the Light and Water Department for the City of Minden. According to an emailed press release, a recent retirement in the department has caused a change to hours of operation to account for the loss of staffing.
According to Gardner, the position will not be filled until a budget is passed, due to the city operating at 50% currently.
New times for the city that will go into effect on Monday, October 25th, are:
Inside office hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm
Drive thru window hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.
